Hair Color Inquiry Form:

Please include current photos of your hair in natural lighting (outdoor lighting works great) as well as reference photos of what you’d like done and/or a brief description of what you’re looking to do. Feel free to include pictures of color that you don’t like as well! Please answer the questions below:

1. If you’ve had your hair colored or colored it yourself since the last time we colored it, please describe what was done.

2. My normal work hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 1 pm - 8 pm and Friday from 1 pm to 6 pm. What is your upcoming and general availability within those days and hours?

Cancellation and

Rescheduling Policy

Hair Color services under $200/Single Process Hair color: a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or 50% of the service cost will be charged to the credit card on file

Hair Color services $200 or more/Double Process Hair color: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The $150 deposit will be applied towards the cost of your service unless you cancel or reschedule within less than 7 days of your appointment. Fees for late changes are as follows:

• 4-6 days before appointment: $50

• 3 days before appointment: $100

• 48 hours or less before appointment: $150

• Repeat Rescheduling: If the same appointment is cancelled or rescheduled twice, full prepayment will be required for future bookings and further rescheduling will not be allowed.
